Title: Indonesian Glazed Chicken Wings
Categories: Appetizer Dip
Yield: 12 Servings

3 Dozen chicken wings
1cHoney
3/4cSoy sauce
1/4cGarlic; chopped
1/2cGinger; grated

1) Discard tips from chicken wings and cut them in half at the joint.

2) Soften honey by microwaving for 30 to 45 seconds on high. Combine honey with soy sauce, garlic and ginger.

3) Arrange chicken in a large, shallow pan and pour on the sauce mixture. Make sure it covers the chicken by about 1/4". Add water or stock if additional liquid is needed. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.

4) Bake the chicken for three hours at 325 degrees. . Uncover pan and increase the oven temperature to 375 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes, turning chicken once or twice. When done the chicken will be a rich , dark brown and the sauce will be reduced by 2/3. Serve immediately.

TO PREPARE THE DISH AHEAD: Bake for three hours then cool and refrigerate. Return to preheated 375 degree oven and bake one hour.
